Jeff's Targeting of Hispanic Subcontractors

Hello Readers,

I want to start out by thanking you for the continued support.  As I write this post, we are north of 59,000 views.  My goal is to stop these individuals, and spreading the word is a huge first step.  Again, thank you!

I did want to spend a few moments to address the title of this post.  If you read past blogs on Jeff Fank and Michele Kesner, you will see reference to the fact that they do target Hispanics or other minorities as subcontractors.  From my experience, and the extensive conversations with others, I can confirm that this is the case.  One of the subcontractors that work one my house, and who is of Hispanic dissent, is by far out the most money.  This is a gruesome, cruel, and unjust behavior.  It is one of the most appalling parts of Jeff and Michele’s “scam”, and it makes me sick to my stomach. 

The next question is “why does Jeff do this”?  I did speak with a close family friend that is of Hispanic dissent, and actually still has family in Mexico.  He explained that there are two major reasons:

1)       Hispanics don’t sue or utilize the court systems.  There are reasons for this, but it really isn’t relevant to the topic, so I will not expand further.

2)      If certain individuals in Mexico find out that subcontractor “Will Smith” has money in the states, it may put “Will Smith’s” family members in Mexico in danger.  Therefore, certain individuals have to keep a low profile.

3)      I also believe that it ties to the pure entitlement piece of the Jeff and Michele machine.  They believe they are entitled to money, and therefore, they can mistreat anyone.  For some reason, this entitlement complex is exploited to the fullest against our Hispanic friends.

Again, I don’t want to beat a dead horse, but this behavior is sick, racists, and very unjust.  It shows the complete lack of character, ethics, and morals on behalf of Jeff Fank and Michele Kestner.  This is just yet another reason that they need to be stopped.

Hello Again,

I want to thank everyone for their outstanding support.  This support has come in the form of “clicks”(I hate that term), comments on Facebook, personal messages, and phone calls.  Again, the support has been great, and everyone I speak with wants to see this madness end.  For the record, that is the goal of this blog, and it will happen.

That being said, I am encouraging everyone that has been touched by Jeff Fank and Michele Kesner to come forward and reach out to me.  I sympathize with the fact that it is very difficult to admit that you were “taken” and it can be gut wrenching to relive the experience.  Trust me, I understand this, and am still dealing with it frequently.  The fact of the matter is that Jeff and Michele have been able to get away with this for years because of silence.  These individuals have done irreparable harm to businesses, “clients”, subcontractors, and even some of their own family members (see The Manifesto).  The only way to stop this is to unite, communicate, and let everyone know that we will not stand for this anymore!

The “Silver Lining” of Jeff Adam (or Adams?)

I hope everyone is enjoying this spring weather!  Finally!  My wife was going through 1 of our 3 junk drawers (yes, we have three) and found this gem:

A couple of interesting points here:

1)  The card says Jeffrey Adam and the email is j.adams@naturessilverlining.com.  This is proof of the two additional aliases that I (and others) have documented in the past.
2)  There is no mention of Michele who owns the company or Marshal (the scientist) on his card or the website.
3)  This address is to a Mail+ business that is currently closed: https://www.yelp.com/biz/mail-winfield

Drywall & Merry Christmas

Readers,

Thank you so much for the continued support!  As of 5:34pm CST, we are at 23,586 views!  Again, I appreciate all of the support and interest in stopping Jeff Fank and Michele Kesner.

I am writing this evening to share another part of our Jeff Fank story.  It starts with our Christmas trip home to Michigan and the drywall work being done in the basement.  On December 23rd, while in Michigan, we were made aware of a possible situation with the drywall contractor that was working in our basement.  The story quickly spiraled out of control.

According to Jeff, he had worked with this gentleman before, but his personality had changed a bit and he was 40 pounds lighter (Jeff alluded to the fact he may be addicted to drugs).  The relationship between this gentleman and Jeff went shout when Jeff denied full payment for the work, as it wasn't done.  According to Jeff, he had paid half, but wasn't going to pay the remainder until the work was completed (makes since, right?).  Evidently the man turned violent, and the man screamed obscenities outside of our house ("Merry F*ucking Christmas" was the line).  Jeff had to contact the "Geneva Police", take the batteries out of the garage door opener, and clean up the mess in the basement.

I connected with the gentleman recently, and can tell you that he is a wonderful man.  His weight hasn't changed and he was paid $0 by Jeff.  There was no yelling or swearing in our front yard, and the "Geneva Police" weren't contacted (Jeff would have had to call the Kane County Sheriff).

Just another example of how subcontractors are taken advantage of by Jeff.  He dragged this gentleman's reputation through the mud and didn't even pay him.  This all needs to stop.... Now!!!

Attorney General Submission

Readers,

Again, I want to thank everyone for your outstanding support!   It is very humbling, and I want to personally thank each and every one of you.  As of 1 pm CST today, we have over 14,000 views!

I just wanted to shoot everyone a note and let them know that I did submit the case to the State Attorney General.  The complaint/case number is OAG2018-000053176.  I will keep everyone update as more information becomes available on this complaint.

The Aftermath

I hope everyone is enjoying the “Spring” weather we are experiencing right now.  Both the Cubs and Tigers Opening Day games were postponed this year.  That has to be one for the record books!

I wanted to share with you some of the images of what our basement looked like when Jeff and Michele walked off of the job.  The cleanup was intense, and cost us an additional $1,000 plus dozens of man hours of labor.  The cleanup issue was compounded by the fact that proper precautions were not taken during the drywall process (i.e. drywall dust).   

You will notice some buckets that are filled with liquid in one of the images.  The liquid was a combination of some type of compound and urine.  There were also a few coffee containers that were filled with urine. 

Again, I share this information to fully disclose what happened to us.  It also displays the upstanding character and class of Jeff Adam Fank.
