Readers,
I hope everyone is enjoying the
“Spring” weather we are experiencing right now. Both the Cubs and
Tigers Opening Day games were postponed this year. That has to be
one for the record books!
I wanted to share with you some
of the images of what our basement looked like when Jeff and Michele walked off
of the job. The cleanup was
intense, and cost us an additional $1,000 plus dozens of man hours of
labor. The cleanup issue was compounded by the fact that proper
precautions were not taken during the drywall process (i.e. drywall dust).
You will notice some buckets that are filled
with liquid in one of the images. The liquid was a combination of
some type of compound and urine. There were also a few coffee
containers that were filled with urine.
Again, I share this information
to fully disclose what happened to us. It also displays the
upstanding character and class of Jeff Adam Fank.
